The second doll we will call “Tammy” often has dreams of eating its own flesh. Each time Tammy engages in her own private feast, her mother breaks in, whacks the doll on the left cheek, then slams the door behind her. The cycle repeats itself until Tammy wakes up.        The third doll we will call “Rachel” is angry at its mother for spending so much time with her newborn sister we will call “Gwen.” Rachel feels abandoned by her mother and guilty for feeling angry, since she knows that Gwen is smaller and more vulnerable than she.
